Abstract
Рассмотрены вопросы анализа характеристик и особенностей сигнала некогерентного рассеяния. Представлена эволюция методов получения параметров ионосферой плазмы. Приведены варианты аналого-цифрового преобразования при измерении параметров ионосферы методом некогерентного рассеяния.
Questions of the analysis of characteristics and features of the incoherent scattering signal are considered. Forward for the evolution of methods to obtain the parameters of the ionospheric plasma. The options presented are analog-digital signal conversion in the measurement of parameters of the ionosphere by the incoherent scattering.
