Геометричне визначення гіперболічного профілю задньої поверхні круглого фасонного радіального різця

Abstract

У статті запропоновано геометричний розрахунок точок профілю гіперболічної форми задньої поверхні круглого радіального фасонного різця. Алгоритм розрахунку функціонально залежний від висоти установки різця і його максимального діаметру, а також профілю конічної деталі. Така конструкція різця дасть змогу найбільш точно відтворювати конічні поверхні деталей, які ним обробляють. У той сам час, пропонований різець має пласку передню поверхню, що є найбільш технологічно для підгострювання вказаного інструмента упродовж часу його експлуатації.

The article suggests the geometric calculation of a multipointed hyperbolical profile on a radial circular forming tool clearance face. The algorithm for calculating functionally depends on the turning tool installation height, its maximum diameter and the tapered detail profile. This tool design will allow to reproduce the conical surface of workpieces most precisely. At the same time, the proposed turning tool has a flat rake face, which is the most technological solution for сutter grinding during its operation. The calculation of the clearance face profile does not require the pre-known hock angle value, which greatly expands the tool application space in terms of different cutting conditions and materials or blanks selection.
