| dc.description.abstract | Analytically determined the parameters of slices in processing holes scans with oblique teeth and unstressed conditions of processing based on the observance of certain relations between the angle of the teeth sweep, their length and the number. It is shown that placing the cutting teeth sweep inclined, you can provide them with a smooth continuous contact with the material being processed and actually balance the radial component of the cutting force, which is important when renting uneven allowance to improve the machining accuracy of the hole. Also proved the possibility of a significant increase of the actual angle of the tooth front sweep by increasing its angle of inclination, thereby reducing the power strength of the cutting process, in particular the radial component of the cutting forces, which during doffing uneven allowance determines the oscillation intensity in the process system, and respectively the precision machining of the hole.
