Abstract
Systems of expert evaluation of quality of educational services as systems with fuzzy logic of model «situation – act» are presented. The block scheme of this system is adduced and the basic idea is executed. The optimal number of situations standard at the use of three terms and influence on quality of education the one group indicator are determined.
