Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the activity of the enterprise according to the method of «lean production», the main principles of which are: determining the value of goods or services, taking into account all stakeholders; identify the value stream for each product; organization of traffic flow by rethinking the role of functional services, departments, firms in General; the implementation of the principle of extrusion; the perfection consisting in the infinity of process improvement. "Lean production" allows you to respond instantly to changes in the market, to provide the consumer with the products that they need. The implementation of this method is the sustainable improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises.
