Abstract

Modern automobiles are complex technological systems equipped with electronic devices for improved performance and technical properties. Steady increasing in the number of electronic devices in modern automobiles with wired and wireless connectivity inevitably leads to increasing of vulnerability, hence–security and operational efficiency are reducing. The analysis revealed a number of threats to information security of the automated systems of modern cars, which reduces the efficiency of the operation and road safety. According to the evaluation criteria of onboard electronics, the availability of poorly protected channels of communication, the danger of external blocking vital systems 75% of studied modern vehicles do not meet the minimum requirements for information security. Identify vulnerabilities of information systems of modern cars lead to develop methods needs of mechanical and electronic security vehicle.
