Abstract

Несмотря на то, что целью создания нейронных сетей была замена эксперта на этапе постановки диагноза, их роль остается вспомогательной. В то же время результаты их работы на самом деле помогают, как такие, которые стимулируют мышление врача. В работе предложена медицинская система принятия решений, при использовании которой достигается максимальный эффект при постановке диагноза.In spite of the fact that the neuron networks were created eventually to exchange the expert at a phase of setting of the diagnosis their role remains auxiliary. At the same time out comes of their operation really render the substantial help as boosting thinking of the doctor. In operation the medical system of decision making is offered, at which usage the maximal effect in setting the diagnosis is reached.
