dc.description.abstractNecessity of an estimation of a status of the land use of settlements with use of GIS-technologies was mentioned. Classes of the existing models focused on the spatial analysis in the field of management by ground resources are considered. Criteria of analysis of consistency are presented by indistinct space of statuses of models. Prospects of the further researches are defined.en
