Становлення і розвиток міжнародного трудового права

Abstract

У статті досліджуються джерела зародження міжнародного трудового права. Відстежується дисбаланс на ринку праці і тяжке становище промислових робітників. На прикладі діяльності роботодавців 19 ст. Р. Оуена і Д. Леграна розкривається людяність і гуманність підходу до працівників. Ілюструється, як встановлювалися і виборювалися міжнародні трудові стандарти працюючих, які були засновані на гуманності, соціальному і економічному рівні життя.

In the article the sources of the emergence of international labor law has been investigated. The imbalance in the labor market and the plight of the industrial workers have been tracked. At the example of the activity of such employers of the 19th century as Robert Owen and Daniel Legran, the humanity and humaneness of the approach to the employees have been revealed. It is illustrated how the international labor standards of the employees, based on humanity, social and economic level of living, have been established and worked out. It is represented the work of the first in the history International Labor Conference on the problems of labor regulation which has taken place in Berlin with the participation of thirteen European countries. It is foreseen the holding of the international conference of law and establishment of the International Labor Organization (ILO) as a structural subdivision of the League of Nations in accordance with the Treaty of Versailles.
