Abstract

Necessity and importance of psychological component in the structure of professional activity of the head of the organization. It is shown that the efficiency of administrative activity depends on how good leader knows each of its employees and that can influence the process of his work and exp ected results. In particular, the Manager must take into account the diverse individual characteristics of the employees, through which specific light is refracted administrative action.
