Abstract

A mathematical model for determining the errors of machining from a position of balance of elastic movements occurring in the technological system, and the workers movement in the process of cutting tools. Calculations revealed that the magnitude of the elastic displacement during grinding by a rigid scheme described mathematically binomial series. It is proved that there is a steady-state value of the elastic displacement, determined by the equality of the cutting force and elastic force. Accordingly, the optimal processing parameters for grinding with a relatively low stiffness of the technological system.
