dc.description.abstractThe paper discusses the results of a study of power and stiffness characteristics of high-speed tool chuck. The experiments were performed using high-precision mandrel clamped in the chuck at different clamping pressure. The chuck was mounted on a lathe using transition elements. According to the results of these experiments were presented dependence of the push force and the moment scroll by clamping pressure, calculated gains for both cases and plot their dependence on the clamping pressure.en
