It Is performed joint analysis of simulation and technological experiment results in comparable condition, expecting action on blank up two electric charges with time lag of beginning in two submersible cameras. Adequacy of model reveals itself such important particularities in reflection as spontaneous turning the wave motion element to oscillatory, nature of the oscillatory moving the blank, buckling and folding, development and interaction different vapour-gas cavity. The numerical realization methods of models provide the study of the processes with very high degree of deformation of element technological system element that allows to use the model and methods for study and parametric optimization of the technological stamping process and technological rig in accordance with different target function. The noted distinctions of degree parameters, which are defined by means of simulation and technological experiment are conditioned by complex intercoupling of the varied process, as well as difference of importance parameters of models and installation.
