Влияние высоты пазов статора на характеристики в электрических машинах с постоянными магнитами

Abstract

The paper contains the results of numerical research of stator slot height influence to the characteristics of electrical engines with permanent magnets. It is shown the rising of stator slot height with unchangeable dimensions of rotor provides the rising of electromagnetic torque and wattage in generator mode. It was found the optimal height of stator slots for which the specific torque to active mass is the highest one. There were executed numerical and experimental researches of electrical engine in generator mode and the good coincidence between experimental data and calculated one was obtained. Also it was shown the rising of slot height results to significant rising of wattage in generator mode.
