Документ Adhesion properties of modified bitumen(2020) Grigorov, Andrey; Mardupenko, Aleksey; Sinkevich, Irina; Tulskaya, AlenaThe article presents the results of determining the adhesion properties of bitumen modified with polymeric additives based on polypropylene and polystyrene foam with graphite additives. It has been found that a sample with the addition of 3% (mass.) Polypropylene (peel strength of the plate 2.47 N/cm²; peel of the coating from the marble plate at a speed of 7000 rpm; shift of marble plates by 5000 rpm) has the best adhesive properties. And at a polymer concentration of 10% (mass.), The best properties are manifested in a sample containing polystyrene foam with graphite additives (plate tear-off force 3.15 N/cm²; tear-off occurs at a speed of 8000 rpm; marble plates shift by 8000 rpm ).Документ Adhesion properties of recycling greases(2019) Grigorov, Andrey; Sytnik, Alexey; Karchakova, Valeriia; Ponomarenko, Vitaliy; Rudniev, VasylThe results of the study of the adhesion properties of recycling greases expressed in terms of the residual amount of grease that is stored on a metal plate after testing in a laboratory centrifuge are presented. It was established that the investigated samples of recycling greases in the range of the thickness of the deposition layer up to 1.0 mm, by their adhesion properties, are fully suitable for using in all types of bearings operated with a rotation speed of up to 2500 rpm. From the number of investigated grease samples, samples with a deposition layer thickness of 0.1 mm o have evidence of fairly high values of the rotational speed when the threshold value of the residual amount of grease is reached.Документ The choice of method of dispersion the thickener for the production of the recycling plastic grease(2019) Grigorov, Andrey; Tulskaya, Alena; Nahliuk, Mykhailo; Karchakova, ValeriiaThe results of dispersing the thickener in the area of grease using a paddle stirrer (rotational speed = 100 and 1000 rpm) and ultrasonic treatment with a frequency of 44 kHz have been presented. It has been concluded that ultrasonic dispersion allows us to increase the dispersion of the thickener up to 3-5 microns and spread it evenly in the grease comparing to the mechanical dispersion. Increasing the degree of dispersion of the thickener allows improving the stability of the obtained grease, its adhesive properties. Also it allows reducing the duration of the process of greases producing.Документ Compatibility of Recycling Plastic Lubricants(2023) Grigorov, Andrey; Ponomarenko, Vitaliy; Slepuzhnikov, Yevhen; Bondarenko, Oleksandr; Artemev, Sergey; Ilinskyi, Oleksii; Bryhada, OlenaThe compatibility of recycled greases thickened with 5 % (wt.) polyethylene and polypropylene solid waste was studied. It was found that according to the values of the dropping point and adhesive properties, recycled greases, regardless of the base oil and thickener, are compatible. However, when 10 % (mass) of recycled lubricants are added to Solidol "Zh", its adhesion properties deteriorate by 300-400 rpm, due to the negative effect of the aging products of base oils on its structure, which indicates their incompatibility.Документ Dielectric Control of Motor Fuel Compounding Plants(2022) Sater, Nabil Abdel; Grigorov, Andrey; Neustroieva, Gelena; Bondarenko, Oleksandr; Matukhno, Vasyl; Vavreniuk, SergiiThe article proposes the use of operational dielectric control system to increase the efficiency of operation of automatic compounding of motor fuels. These plants are used at oil refining enterprises in Ukraine and are an integral part of the technological chain of the commercial fuels production. It is established that all the main components and additives used for the production of commercial gasoline brands A-92, A-95 and A-98 have higher values (εmix) than straight run base gasoline. And this, in turn, can be used for operational control of the gasoline compounding process. This control can be carried out on the basis of the information received from capacitive sensors which are located in pipelines of the main material streams. Moreover, the control is carried out on the content of components (X, %) or on the value of the octane number (ON, point) of the mixture on the basis of experimentally obtained dependences 𝜀𝜀mix=𝑓𝑓(𝑋𝑋) and ОN=𝑓𝑓(𝜀𝜀mix).Документ Effect of expansion pressure of the coal blend in the process of coking on the refractory masonry of coke ovens(2019) Sytnik, Alexey; Zelenskii, Oleg; Fidchunov, Alexey; Desna, Natalia; Grigorov, AndreyThe studies conducted on one of the coke batteries showed that as the pressure of the charge spreads, the amount of throughput of raw coke gas in the heating system of the oven increases, which indirectly confirms the relationship between the pressure of the load and the deflection of the heating wall.Документ Modern Trends in The Use of Additives in Fuel and Oil Materials (Overview)(2022) Trotsenko, Oleksandr; Grigorov, Andrey; Nazarov, Valerii; Nahliuk, MikhailDomestic and foreign literature data were reviewed on the conditions and features of additives use, their required content in fuel and oil materials, and the study of their characteristics in order to systematize data on additives used to improve the operational properties of fuel and oil materials. The use of additives in the composition of fuel and oil materials can significantly increase the level of their operational properties, without serious production costs associated with deep cleaning and preliminary preparation of raw products, compounding of raw products, technical re-equipment of production, etc. A list of additives was offered to fuel and oil materials used in the world practice of their production and application, added with dyes. These additives should be included in the main package of production branded premium fuel and oil materials, create their classification, simplify the procedure for identifying different batches, simplify the procedure for transportation, storage and distribution of fuel and oil materials. At the same time, among all the variety of dyes that are currently used for coloring to fuel and oil materials, the most appropriate is to use those that carry out multifunctional properties. These properties, depending on the type of materials, along with the color, can be density, detonation resistance, anti-corrosion. This approach, on one hand, will allow to balance the amount and properties of additives included in the overall package, on the other hand - will reduce production cost of the fuel and oil materials.Документ Oil sludge as source of a valuable carbon raw material(2018) Mardupenko, Aleksey; Grigorov, Andrey; Sinkevich, Irina; Tulskaya, AlenaGeneral trends of recovery of oil sludge into the commodity products are presented below. The products obtained during degradation can be divided into fuel products (gas, liquid hydrocarbon fraction, coke residue) and fraction (with the beginning of boiling in the temperature range 200-320°C), which can be used in the production of greases. After the heat treatment and cooling of these fractions, a product with properties similar to NYCO 65 VASELINE (Technical petrolatum (GREASE)) can be obtained. For the production of plastic lubricants with other properties and a large temperature interval of application, a scheme has been proposed, it provides for the addition of fillers and additives of different functional purpose to the lubricant obtained.Документ Production of boiler and furnace fuels from domestic wastes (polyethylene items)(2018) Grigorov, Andrey; Mardupenko, Aleksey; Sinkevich, Irina; Tulskaya, Alena; Zelenskyi, OlegThe results of the thermal destruction of solid domestic waste (which are polyethylene items) were presented for batch-type laboratory equipment. According to the modern requirements of EU for the amount of sulphur in fuel and boiler fuels, polyethylene items are a valuable source for pro-duction of these fuels. During atmospheric heating of the raw material in reactor the intensive destruction of polyethylene can be observed in the range of temperature 560–580 K. It has been defined the composition of products of polyethylene thermal destruction: 95 % (mass.) of liquid hydrocarbons, 4,5 % (mass.) of light hydrocarbon gases and 0,5 % (mass.) of coke. Fractionation of liquid hydrocarbons allows to separate 15 % (mass) of fraction 340-488 K, 14 % of fraction 406-518 K, 43 % of fraction 438-546 K and 27 % of residue (>623ºС fractions). Liquid products can be applied for production of boiler and furnace fuels independently and in a mixture with the petroleum processing products in different ratio.Документ Production of plastic lubricants on the basis of waste lubricated oils(2019) Grigorov, Andrey; Zelenskii, Oleg; Saienko, Leonid; Zhyrnova, SvitlanaThe results of studies of used lubricating oils, various functional purposes and greases obtained on their use as a thickener 5 wt % of secondary low-pressure polyethylene have been presented. Depending on the operating conditions in the samples of waste oils, the content of water and mecha-nical impurities varies in the range of 0.03-0.3 wt %, 0.08-1.30 wt %. Heating the oils to a temperature of 230°C showed that in the area of heating to a temperature of 200°C, the mass loss and decrease in viscosity are not significant, however, if this temperature is exceeded, an intensive process of destruction of oil hydrocarbons begins, and it will negatively affect the quantitative yield and perfor-mance properties of the lubricant. The obtained results showed that the lower the viscosity of the base oil from which the grease is made, the less stable it is during storage and operation, the worse its adhesive properties. Waste motor and transmission gear oils are advisable to use in the production of antifriction greases while hydraulic and industrial plastic lubricants are better to use in the production of protective greases.Документ The prospects of obtaining plastic greases from secondary hydrocarbon raw material(2018) Grigorov, Andrey; Zelenskii, Oleg; Sytnik, AlexeyThe paper presents the results of producing lubricating grease from industrial and household waste in the laboratory. Partially prepared diesel engine oil SAE 10W-40 was used as a dispersion environment, and high and low pressure polyethylene (household polyethylene bags used) was used as thickener. It has been established that by using selected base oil, thickener and anti-wear additive DF-11, recy-cling oils can be obtained, which will be classified according to DIN 51502 to K2PF-30 and K3PF-30. It is proposed to expand the raw material base for the production of recycling oils through the using of waste industrial, hydraulic, transmission oils, as well as high-boiling petroleum fractions extracted from oil sludge or acidic tar and selective waste distillate oils. On the basis of the analysis of the researching results, it was established that on the basis of exhausting motor oil and polyethylene with the addition of additives of different functional purpose, it is possible to obtain a number of antifriction plastic lub-ricants used in swing bearings, railway and protective greases that can be used in the range of oper-ating temperatures, on average up to 100ºC.Документ Recycling of Polymer Waste into Plastic Lubricants(2022) Grigorov, Andrey; Sinkevich, Irina; Ponomarenko, Natalia; Bondarenko, Oleksandr; Usachov, Dmytro; Matukhno, Vasyl; Shevchuk, OleksandrA technology for the production of greases from polymeric household waste has been proposed, including the stage of boiling the polymer in a solvent, which is used as a used motor oil SAE10W-40. In the production of greases using this technology, a significant amount of used polymer products is utilized, while the share of waste from low-pressure polyethylene and polypropylene (PP) is, respectively, 20-50% of the mass and 50-75% of the mass. This approach makes it possible to significantly expand the raw material base of the specified technological process and, due to the involvement of relatively cheap raw materials, significantly reduce the cost of finished products. The results of the study of the adhesive properties of the obtained lubricants allow us to give the following recommendations: for lubricants based on low-pressure polyethylene with a polymer: oil ratio of 1: 1, the rational rotation speed was no more than 2850 rpm, with a ratio of 1: 3 - about 3950 rpm and with a ratio of 1 : 5 - up to 5300 rpm; rational rotation speed for lubricants based on PP at a polymer: oil ratio of 1: 1 does not exceed 3600 rpm, at a ratio of 2: 1- 4900 rpm and at a ratio of 3: 1 - 6000 rpm.Документ Selection of a dispersion medium for recycling plastic greases according to fire and explosion indicators(2020) Grigorov, Andrey; Sytnik, Alexey; Ponomarenko, Natalia; Neustroieva, Gelena; Nahliuk, MikhailThe article presents the results of determining fire and explosion hazard indicators for used lubricants, which are supposed to be used as a dispersion medium in the production of recycling plastic greases. Having determined the flash point of the oils, it is possible to calculate the values of the ignition temperature and self-ignition according to linear regression equations, with an error of up to 2 °C. The flash point can be a criterion when choosing raw materials and layout of the technological scheme for the production of recycling plastic greases.Документ Technological processing of oil sludge(ФОП Бондаренко М. The advantages of technology are compactness of technological scheme, simplicity of technological equip-ment, and minimal hazardous emission. There have been obtained laboratory samples with the pro-perties that exceed the properties of commodity bitumen PRB-90/130 (petroleum road bitumen). The produced modified bitumen has expanded temperature range of application, which makes the bitumen universal for any climatic exploitation zone.Документ Technology of recycling waste lubricant greases(2019) Grigorov, Andrey; Nahliuk, Ivan; Zelenskii, Oleg; Ponomarenko, NataliaA scheme for the production of plastic greases based on high-boiling fractions of oil sludge and used lubricating oils, as well as polymer waste, in the form of HDPE, LDPE, and PP, that is used as a thickener, has been proposed. Based on the used lubricating oils and polymer thickeners, grease lubricants were obtained. They can be used in the temperature range, on average, up to 80–130 °C (depending on the polymer) and speed mode in the bearing up to 4000 rpm. These greases are not worse in their properties to classical ones; analogs obtained based on distillate fractions, thickened with metal soaps, which are widely used in industry today.Документ The use of processed polyethylene products in the manufacture of plastic lubricants(2019) Grigorov, Andrey; Zelenskii, OlegIt is proposed to expand the raw material base for the production of greases by using used motor oils and solid waste polyethylene products. The results of a laboratory study have been presented; they made it possible to establish that the optimal concentration of the thickener in oil fluctuates within a rather narrow range of 5.0–7.0 wt%. Thus, the obtained greases are identical in quality to the greases of the type Estan 2 (Exxon Co.) and AGIP Grease CC 2 but are much cheaper in produc-tion. The approach to attracting secondary energy resources to the technological process of greases production will meet the existing demand for lubricants and significantly reduce the envi-ronmental burden on the environment.Документ Ways of improving the equipment for primary petroleum refining(2019) Sater, Nabil Abdul; Grigorov, Andrey; Tulskaya, Alena; Ovsiannikova, Tatiana; Sytnik, AlexeyThe general ways of improvement the primary petroleum refining rigs have been described in this article. It has been proposed to consider the operational control of primary petroleum refining processes as the most perspective branch of petroleum industry due to its comparatively cheap implementation. Operational control has a significant influence on the safe operation of equipment, products quality and amount of harmful emissions. Electrical conductivity and relative permittivity have been defined as the specific parameters for effective operational control.Primary oil refining rigs are the most important part of any petroleum refinery. Despite the Nelson complexity index which is only 1,0 for refineries it should be considered that they have a strong impact on the secondary refining rigs. That’s why one of the most important task in the petroleum refining industry worldwide is improvement of primary oil refining rigs.
