This article describes the tasks that the retail FMCG trade, as well as the functions of the retail trade, solve. The features of the subject area were considered, which will form the basis for the formation of scales for assessing the effectiveness of information systems. The priorities, tasks, and features of the business model of enterprises engaged in retail trade in consumer goods, depending on the market segment they occupy. Various types of corporate information systems that can be used in retail trade are considered. The analysis of the subject area made it possible not on ly to determine important metrics for assessing the effectiveness of information systems but also to determine the priority of the requirements for the availability of certain functionality in the information system from each business segment, large, medium and small. Also, the existing standards in the subject areas of software development and enterprise organization were considered. This article proposes a methodology for evaluating information systems for enterprises engaged in consumer goods retail trade that belong to different market segments. The proposed methodology is based on the approach of multi-criteria expert assessment. An example of linguistic variables for one of the questions of the questionnaire for experts is given. The order of operation of the expert system is also presented in the form of an activity diagram. The developed expert information system can be monetized by providing referral links to the products of companies supplying information systems for retail. In the future, it is planned to add the ability for qualified experts to select combination of metrics for assessment, as well as change the assessment scale to increase accuracy.Документ Assessment of the expediency of cross-platform software development(Одеська національна академія харчових технологій, 2020) Medvediev, V. Tests quality estimation approaches were determined and justified. There are performance, coverage and implementation factors, which can be used for comprehensive evaluation. Performance approach can be used to estimate testing effectiveness in action by proportions of fixed and not fixed bugs. Coverage approach means volume of fully tested requirements and code structures. Implementation characteristics can be used to evaluate tests as software code. Software tests quality indicators were selected for each of these factors and can be used for assessment. Multicriterion evaluation problems were considered. These approaches will improve the assessment of software quality, due to its features. This article defines the main criteria for software quality used in assessing the quality of the software. The main literature was examined, in which fuzzy logic was described, decision-making systems using fuzzy logic, as well as software quality assessment systems, including software for embedded systems. The main characteristics and properties of embedded syst ems were considered. Based on the considered characteristics and properties of embedded systems, the ranking of criteria was made, which will be further used in the software quality assessment methodology. The main criteria that are used to evaluate the quality of software were considered, and the criteria presented were distributed according to the degree of influence on the assessment of the quality of software of embedded systems. Fuzzy logic was considered, and more precisely: the basic properties of fuzzy logic and fuzzy numbers, the basic mathematical operators applied to fuzzy numbers. The system for constructing rules for the rule base, as well as the defuzzification process, built on the basis of the centroid method, is analyzed. An example of software evaluation for embedded systems was considered. In this example, linguistic variables were determined, as well as their numerical ranges, which were used for the initial assessment of the quality criteria of this software. Each range of ratings was distributed according to the influence of a criterion on software quality. The output linguistic variable and its numerical value were also determined. In the end, based on the set values, an estimate of the set software was derived. The analysis and evaluation of frameworks allow you to choose the framework that can be most efficaciously used for each specific case of software development. The popularity of using frameworks in the development of web applications is due to a significant reduction in the time and other resources spent on project execution. The article describes the concept of a framework as a technology for developing web applications and the classification of frameworks. Five main types of frameworks are briefly described. Criteria for the rationality of using frameworks for developing a web application are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of using them when creating web-oriented software are given. When evaluating web applications according to COCOMO model, software options were considered with the use of frameworks in development, and without the use of frameworks. This article provides an overview of the families of modern Back-End frameworks. A comparison of the functionality of the Back-End frameworks of six manufacturers for commercial software solutions is carried out. The choice of criteria for assessing the quality of frameworks is examined. As a basis, when choosing quality criteria, it is proposed to use the ISO 25010 standard. The coefficients of importance for the evaluation criteria, the values of which were obtained with the help of experts, are given. When forming the final assessment of the frameworks, such characteristics as functional suitability, security of working with data, modifiability, interface quality, interaction with payment systems, and integration with JIRA, compatibility, productivity were mentioned. General quality scores were obtained for all the frameworks under consideration.
