Документ Additives to petroleum bitumen from brown coal of Ukraine(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2024) Lysenko, Liudmyla; Bogoyavlenska, Olena; Miroshnichenko, Denis; Miroshnychenko, Mykhailo; Pyshyev, Serhiy; Chipko, Taras; Donchenko, Myroslava; Prysiazhnyi, YuriyIt is known that there are significant deposits of lignite (brown coal) in Ukraine. Therefore, new methods of using lignite and processing its products are necessary. The latter includes humic acids. The main reason for adding humic acids to road bitumen under the specified conditions is to improve its resistance to technological aging compared to the original binder.Документ The art production of charcoal(Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю "Планета-Прінт", 2021) Malik, Ivan; Miroshnichenko, Denis; Bautista Contreras, Aquilino; Hassan, Nader; Abd ElRasoul, AhmedCharcoal, the main product from carbonization (slow pyrolysis) of biomass, has a wide range of applications in various industries, which among others include direct combustion of charcoal as solid fuel, gasification of charcoal for synthesis gas production, purification of flue gases, desulfurization gases or water, and use as a reductant alternative to fossil carbon in metallurgical industry, etc.Документ Coke segregation in the dry coke quenching unit(Національний технічний університет «Харківський політехнічний інститут», 2023) Kravchenko, Serhii; Miroshnichenko, Denis; Borisenko, OleksandrThe main reasons for the appearance of coke segregation when it is loaded into the chamber of a dry coke quenching unit (DCQU) are considered. The formation of the distribution of coke particles of different size along the height and cross-section of the quenching chamber begins already when the coke is unloaded into the DCQU prechamber and is determined by segregation processes. In the quenching chamber, zones with coke of different fractional composition and with different hydraulic resistance are formed, which, in the end, leads to different final temperatures of the quenched coke and, as a rule, to the need to increase the flow rate of the coolant. It is shown that the segregation of coke is already formed when it is discharged from the coking chamber into the coke carrier and then transferred to the DCQU prechamber. Methods for suppressing coke segregation occurring in a coke carrier when loading into a prechamber were tested on a scale model of the DCQU.Документ Development of optimal conditions for extracting of toluol extract and humic acids from brown coal(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2023) Lysenko, L.; Miroshnichenko, DenisДокумент Production of charcoal(ТОВ "Планета-Прінт", 2021) Malik, Ivan; Miroshnichenko, Denis; Veisberh, OlhaДокумент Study of Hybrid Modification with Humic Acids of Environmentally Safe Biodegradable Hydrogel Films Based on Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose(MDPI, 2023) Miroshnichenko, Denis; Lebedeva, Katerina; Cherkashina, Anna; Lebedev, Vladimir; Tsereniuk, Oleksandr; Krygina, NataliaThe possibility of increasing the complexity of the operational properties of environmentally safe biodegradable polymer hydrogel materials based on hydroxypropyl methylcellulose due to modification by humic acids from lignite is considered. As a result of this research, environmentally safe hybrid hydrogel films with antibacterial properties were received. In the framework of physicochemical studies, it was determined by IR spectroscopy that hydroxypropyl methylcellulose modified with humic acids hybridmaterials are received by the mechanism of matrix synthesis, which is accompanied by hydroxypropyl methylcellulose crosslinking through multipoint interaction with the carboxyl group of humic acids. Regularities in terms of changes in water absorption, gelation time, and mold emergence time regarding the environmentally safe biodegradable polymer hydrogel materials based on hydroxypropyl methylcellulose depending on the humic acid content were revealed. It was established that the optimal humic acid content in environmentally safe biodegradable hydrogel films with bactericidal properties based on hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is 15% by mass. It was also established that the hybrid modification of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose with humic acids allows them to preserve their biodegradation properties while giving them antibacterial properties. The environmentally safe biodegradable hydrogel films with bactericidal properties based on hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and humic acids are superior in their operational characteristics to known similar biodegradable hydrogel films based on natural biopolymers.Документ Transfer of operating coke battery to loading with stamped charge(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2024) Kravchenko, Sergiy; Miroshnichenko, Denis; Koval, Valentinе; Soloviev, Mykhailo; Kogtin, Artem; Abdullin, Sergiy; Grankin, OlexanderIt is known that the production of blast furnace coke using stamping technology allows the use of a large amount of cheap gas coal without reducing the quality of the blast furnace coke obtained. However, despite the fact that this coking technology has been used for a long time, the literature data as per the effect of increasing density on coke quality parameters are very scarce and outdated. Furthermore, the findings in these articles are sometimes contradictory. Taking into account the above, the purpose of the study was to verify the appropriate costeffectiveness and efficiency of coke production while optimizing the consumption of scarce raw materials, which would allow optimizing production in the conditions of an operating coke chemical enterprise. The article describes the main technical solutions for transferring the operating coke battery from the technology of loading coking chambers by gravity to the technology of loading stamped coal cake and gives the results of the reconstructed coke battery. This project was developed and implemented by the companies SE GIPROKOKS and HuDe. It is shown that during the control observation period (19 months) of the enterprise's operation, the mechanical strength of coke M25 increased from 85.2 to 87.4% on average; the coke strength after reaction CSR - from 48.9 to 53.9%; at the same time, the index M10 was decreased from 8.0 to 5.9%; and CRI - from 38.0 to 37.2%, respectively, when working with the stamping technology compared to operation with the gravity method technology. Also, coke obtained using the charge stamping method is characterized by lower values of ash content and total sulfur content.
