A.; Chaika, Tetiana; Dubynskyi, GeorgeThe article covers the problem of analytical provision for managing innovation activities within a company, taking into account the interests of stakeholders – this is connected with the possibility of ensuring the competitiveness, assessment of innovation activities and choice of innovation strategy. The purpose of the study is to identify the conditions and trends of innovation activities on the basis of accounting and analytical data considering the interests of stakeholders. The study of the current state and general trends of innovation activities at enterprises was conducted in a logical sequence as follows: 1) the number of innovatively active enterprises, 2) the share of industrial enterprises among the innovatively active enterprises, 3) the estimation of the amount of financing and the level of expenditures on innovations and 4) strategic priority directions of innovation activities that allowed to identify and analyze barriers to the development of an effective innovation policy. This provided an opportunity to develop the structure of analytical provision for the system of managing innovation activities within a company as a logical chain of strategic results for achieving economic success. However, a number of limitations and risks were identified. The assessment of the impact of innovation on the economic, environmental and social efficiency of a manufacturing production process is argued to be based on systematic and structured accounting and analytical information and reflected in non-financial reporting (in particular, the G4 Sustainability Reporting). In view of this, we consider it advisable to supplement the sustainability reporting with the indicators that characterize the effectiveness of innovation management. The results of the study are relevant and useful for large and medium-sized enterprises in the context of ensuring the implementation of an innovation model of development as well as for conducting applied research in the field of business strategies to ensure sustainable company development.Документ Economic business partnerships within Industry 4.0: new technologies in management(Economic Laboratory for Transition Research University of Montenegro, 2021) Portna, O. R.The article deals with the problem of using new technologies in manage-ment for economic business partnerships within Industry 4.0 that involves strategic interaction with business partners as well as evaluating key busi-ness partners and deciding on the strategy for interaction with them. The relationship revealed between the strategic-economic interests of the com-pany and the business partners has laid a foundation for the company profile in terms of vertical strategic interaction within Industry 4.0. This makes it possible to evaluate the business partner support / opportunism, and thus to visualize any risks or opportunities that may be exerted by ex-ternal stakeholders of the company and to assist in raising awareness of significant interaction. The developed algorithm makes it possible to rank suppliers using the ABC and VEN methods and evaluate them based on the reporting matrix. The role of analytical information in supplier relationship management (SRM) under conditions of variable economic factors has been substantiated within Industry 4.0. The results of this study are of cur-rent interest for generating relevant information so as to develop sustaina-ble reporting by company within Industry 4.0. The findings of the study can be used to gain and strengthen a company's competitive advantage, since the effective supplier engagement can ensure the implementation of a procurement management strategy to support both the supply chain and achievement of goals of the entire logistics system of the company.Документ New configurations of social and labour relations in a crisis economy(ELIT - Economic Laboratory for Transition Research, 2021) Portna, O. The main purpose of the research is to theoretically and practically substantiate the configuration of social and labour relations in a crisis economy. The study was conducted in the following areas: 1) an analysis of the preconditions for transforming the system of social and labour relations in companies associated with crisis phenomena in their economy, 2) assessment of the factors that shape social and labour relations in companies with crisis economies, 3) a study of employee response to crisis situations based on the selected parameters, 4) implementation of a strategy for managing employee behaviour in a crisis economy. The mechanism of management of social and labour relations in the company, which is universal from the point of view of the basic problems and various functional characteristics, has been developed. The mechanism allows to identify crisis processes for regulating social and labour relations based on a system of interrelated indicators and to assess the existing disparities in social and labour relations. It is substantiated that the relations in the corporate whole together with other factors form the social-psychological climate of the working environment, the state of which largely determines the effectiveness of the enterprise. The modern direction of infrastructure development is the attraction of the private owner by the state under public-private partnership (PPP) agreements. Problem Statement. Analysis of the possibilities of PPP for the development of labor potential in the modern labor market, taking into account the peculiarities of interaction between public and private capital and on the basis of their economic and social objectives, is an important issue of our time. Purpose. Justification of the objectives and directions of public-private partnership as a tool for the development of labor potential, taking into account the main objectives of the implementation of infrastructure projects. Materials and Methods. Method of theoretical generalization and systematization (to determine the specific features of forming PPP and labor potential in the modern labor market); monographs (a review of scientific ideas about the problem of developing PPP, and the sphere of education); statistical method (to present the key figures that characterize PPP and labor potential); the analytical method (to identify factors that influence implementation of PPP projects as a tool for labor potential development). Results. The implementation of PPP projects has been found to stimulate the labor market and to enhance labor capacity. In case of successful implementation of PPP projects, social problems will be solved due to improved quality of services in the field of education, healthcare, culture, etc. Implementation of the innovation projects of public-private partnership in education and science shapes actually the prerequisites for an increase in figures that characterize labor potential as a whole, and involves staff in specific projects where the key approach is satisfaction of the need for highly qualified specialists. Conclusions. The state policies of PPP development, innovational development of the economy and strengthening labor potential should be aimed at establishing a legislative basis for the institutional environment; introduction of effective economic mechanisms; establishing up-to-date standards which apply to the key development paths of knowledge-based economy.
