In work questions of definition, the analysis and an estimation of own capital of the enterprises are considered. The approach to the element by element estimations of cost of
own capital of joint-stock company and optimum volumes of sources of formation of own capital and actives of the industrial enterprises taking into account a life cycle stage are proved.
