    The use of correlation analysis in assessing the uncertainty of the influence of external factors on the result of thermal control of biological objects

    Research task. The paper considers the solution of the scientific and practical problem of determining the influence of external factors on the result of non-contact thermal control of biological objects. Object of study. A human was chosen as a biological object. Research progress. Establishing the correlation dependence was carried out in the two most opposite seasons in terms of climate parameters – winter and summer. One person was taken for the study, whose temperature was measured using a FLIR Vue Pro R 640 thermal imager mounted on a Cheerson CX-20 quadcopter at one-hour intervals throughout the day. The data were obtained in the summer period on August 10, 2022. In the winter period, measurements were carried out on January 20, 2022. Research results. Conclusions were made about the absence of a linear correlation between humidity, air temperature and body temperature of BO in the summer period. On the contrary, a high correlation was established between all the indicated parameters in the winter period. Conclusions were made about the need to develop a mathematical model of the factor influence on the thermal control result of the BO in order to obtain analytical ratios for evaluating the quantitative information on each of the temperature control indicators under the factor influence on the conversion function of these indicators. It is noted that such a model will make it possible to rank the indicators of temperature control according to the decrease in their sensitivity to changes in the levels of the temperature control parameter. Usage suggestions. It is proposed to calculate the correcting coefficients to determine the exact value of the body temperature, because it was experimentally established that the values of the body temperature in the winter period differ from the actual values precisely due to the influence of the temperature of the external environment.

    Обчислення значень функції Харрінгтона (функції бажаності) при інтервальному визначенні її аргументів

    Мета роботи. Розробка пропозицій до методики обчислення функції бажаності за методом інтерва льної арифметики. Отримані результати. Показано зв'язок між задачею багатокритеріальної (векторної оптимі зації) і обчисленням значень функції Харрінгтона (функції бажаності). Показано, що функцію узагальненої ба жаності можна розглядати як мультиплікативну згортку частинних бажаностей. Показано зв'язок між методами аналізу ієрархій і обчисленнями значень функцій бажаності на основі використання властивостей золотого пере тину. В цьому випадку розподіл можливих значень функції бажаності на інтервали, які визначено відповідно до правилу золотої пропорції, співпадає з результатами, які отримані експертним методом. Використання золотої пропорції дозволяє збільшувати кількість інтервалів, що може бути корисним для підвищення чутливості методу Харрінгтона. Висновки. Для функції частинної бажаності в явному вигляді визначено такі геометричні характе ристики як: рівняння дотичної, кривини кривої і координат центру кривини. Для управління процесом отримання системи з необхідною узагальненою бажаністю визначено в загальному та явному вигляді такі характеристики, як еластичність частинної бажаності, еластичність узагальненої бажаності по частинній бажаності, еластичність узагальненої бажаності по змінній що має фізичний зміст і відповідну вимірність, яка залежить від конкретної предметної області та впливає на величину частинної бажаності. Для визначення граничної величини заміщення однієї частинної бажаності іншою визначено функції граничної норми заміщення і функції еластичності гранич ної норми заміщення. Пропозиції. В зв'язку з похибками, що виникають при визначенні значень функції бажано сті, запропоновано використовувати методи інтервально.

    New approach to book cipher: web pages as a cryptographic keyResearch relevance: Since ancient times, people have widely used methods of concealment and coding during information sharing, and ensuring the protection of information is currently relevant. Encryption methods are developing daily in order to ensure the reliable protection of confidential information and the exchange of data on the network. The subject and purpose of the research are to develop an encryption method, which is based on the ideology of book cipher and uses web pages as a cryptographic key, in the organization of a secure exchange of information. The following tasks are solved in the article: The article provides information about book cipher and analyzes modern methods of book cipher, as well as proposes a novel encryption method involving the use of web pages as a cryptographic key. Research methods: In the paper methods of analysis and synthesis are used. Obtained results and conclusions: The possibility of transforming the book cipher is proved, and a novel encryption method involving the use of web pages as a cryptographic key is proposed. The article also provides a comparison between the proposed encryption method involving the use of Internet pages as a cryptographic key with the classic book cipher method.

    Usage of Mask R-CNN for automatic license plate recognition

    The subject of study is the creation process of an artificial intelligence system for automatic license plate detection. The goal is to achieve high license plate recognition accuracy on large camera angles with character extraction. The tasks are to study existing license plate recognition technics and to create an artificial intelligence system that works on big shooting camera angles with the help of modern machine learning solution – deep learning. As part of the research, both hardware and software-based solutions were studied and developed. For testing purposes, different datasets and competing systems were used. Main research methods are experiment, literature analysis and case study for hardware systems As a result of analysis of modern methods, Mask R-CNN algorithm was chosen due to high accuracy. Conclusions. Problem statement was declared; solution methods were listed and characterized; main algorithm was chosen and mathematical background was presented. As part of the development procedure, accurate automatic license plate system was presented and implemented in different hardware environments. Comparison of the network with existing competitive systems was made.Different object detection characteristics, such as Recall, Precision and F1-Score, were calculated. The acquired results show that developed system on Mask R-CNN algorithm process images with high accuracy on large camera shooting angles.

    Analysis of text augmentation algorithms in artificial language machine translation systems

    The work is devoted to the development of an organizational model of the machine translation system of artificial languages. The main goal is the analysis of text augmentation algorithms, which are significant elements of the developed machine translation system at the stage of improvement of new dictionaries created on the basis of already existing dictionaries. In the course of the work was developed a model of the machine translation system, created dictionaries based on texts and based on already existing dictionaries using augmentation methods such as back translation and crossover; improved dictionary based on algorithms of n-grams, Knuth-Morris-Pratt and word search in the text (such as binary search, tree search, sqrt decomposition). In addition, the work implements the possibility of using the prepared dictionary for translation. Obtained results can improve existing systems of machine translation of the text of artificial languages. Practical significance of this work is the analysis and improvement of text augmentation algorithms by changing the prefix tree type. Compared to the conventional algorithm, the improved algorithm reduced the memory usage by almost 13 times, which allows it to be used on much larger test data. This was achieved by changing the internal system of the node of the prefix tree from constant references to an expandable list.

    Kind-time analysis of information for the learning and implementation of the experience in the preparation and use of sub-units of the armed forces of Ukraine

    The subject matter of the article is transformation of information during combat sustainment at the tactical level. The goal of the study is to develop the method of collecting primary information is at the tactical level of the system of learning and implementing the experience of training and application of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The tasks to be solved are: according to the main points of information theory to analyze the information of the learning and implementing the Armed Forces of Ukraine experience system and to assess the level of its qualitative characteristics; based on the analysis of the functional information transformation during combat sustainment in the observation plan to identify flows by kind of information; to formalize the mechanism of information transformation in the learning and implementing experience system according to the “black box” principle; to develop a sample questionnaire to answer the collection of primary information located at the tactical level of the learning and implementing the Armed Forces of Ukraine experience system. General scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge are used. The following results were obtained: Estimates of qualitative characteristics were calculated to determine ways of improvement the quality indicators of information circulating information in the learning and implementing the Armed Forces of Ukraine experience system. On the analysis of the functional transformation of the combat sustainment information in theobservation plan the kinds of information were defined, namely the mechanism of transformation of information in the system was formalized according to the “black screen” principle. A toolkit in the form of detailed survey sheets wasdeveloped to collect the primary information at the tactical level of the learning and implementing the Armed Forces of Ukraine experience system and made it possible to increase estimates of qualitative characteristics about three-four times.Conclusions. Consideration of the system of learning and implementation of the experience of training and application of the Armed Forces from the point of view of the main provisions of the theory of information will allow to increase the effectiveness of the procedure, to determine the ways of improving the indicators of the quality of information. To improve the quality of incoming primary information in the learning and implementing the Armed Forces of Ukraine experience system, it is considered appropriate to develop tools for its collection in the form of detailed questionnaires. Information for the s learning and implementing experience system on the way of transformation is subjected to a procedure of certain unification, transformation and further separation according to functional characteristics for analysis. The process of preparing and conducting a battle in this case can be considered as a “black box”, which directly forms the experience.

    The influence of a potential barrier on the mechanisms of excitation of own fluctuations in radio products in conditions of exposure to electromagnetic radiation

    The subject matter is the processes of analysis and the mechanisms of the emergence of their own fluctuations in the semiconductor complex electro -radio devices (communications equipment), if there are currents and voltages entrusted with pulsed electromagnetic radiation, the results obtained in the work of the potential barrier on the border of the semi -conductive structure on the border of the semiconductor (voltage ampere) characteristics of a electroradio device. The aim is model of transforming the energy of the flow of charged particles, induced by external electromagnetic radiation, into the energy of its own fluctuations in the semiconductor structure, taking into account the properties of the structure itself (heterogeneity of potential at the border). The implementation of this model is due to theeffect of transitional radiation of moving charges, when the particle flow crosses the boundary of the media section with various electromagnetic properties (dielectric permeability) and part of its energy is transformed into the energy of its own fluctuations in the semiconductor structure. The objectives are: mechanisms of the strengthening (instability) mode of semiconductor components of semiconductor devices under conditions of impulse electromagnetic radiation in the presence of a potential barrier on the boundary of the media of the media. The methods used are the method of theory of small disturbances, which allows you to determine the spectrum of the own vibrations of the system: the current fluctuations of the semiconductor device in electromagnetic radiation. The following results are obtained: The interaction of surface plasmons with the flow was considered charged particles in the presence of a potential barrier based on energy principle. Kinetic equations have been obtained that determine the change in the number superficial plasmons, expressions for the increments of their instability with taking into account the size of a potential barrier on the border, which leads t o the appearance of a beam reflected from the border. The results of the work allow you to take into account the contribution of the reflected and completed component of the energy flow energy into the total energy of the radiation of surface vibrations. The mechanisms of interaction between the flow of charged particles with the own electromagnetic fluctuations of two -dimensional electronic gas, the occurrence of which is due to the presence of a potential barrier on the border of the media section. Conclusion. Determination of the amplification (generation) modes of electro -radio products that distort their volt are ampere characteristics (reversible failures) depending on the parameters of external electromagnetic radiation. An analysis of the routes obtained in the work can be used in the development of radio emergency for working in a millimeter and submilimeter range (amplifiers, generators and frequency converters). Assessment of indicators of the exponential growth of amplitudes of the own fluctuations of semiconductor components (increement of instability as a criterion of reversible failures) show that the magnitude of the energy of radiation lies within the sensitivity of modern receivers of the radiation of the submilimeter range and is the reason for the failure.

    Evaluation of system controlled parameters informational importance, taking into account the source data inaccuracy

    The purpose of the study is to improve the standard methodology for controlled parameters information value assessing. The proposed method is based on the controlled parameters value probabilities analysis falling into the subintervals of the interval of possible values for different states of the system. When the value of the controlled parameter falls into the left or right boundary subintervals of the compatibility interval for any state of the object, the conclusion about its state is made taking into account possible errors of the first or second kind in this case. When the controlled parameter value enters the central subinterval, useful information appears if the corresponding probabilities for the states H₁ and H₂ are differ significantly. Thus, it is shown that taking into account the probabilities of fuzzy values of the controlled parameter falling into the compatibility interval for various states of the object significantly increases its informational value.

    Optimization of a basic network in audio analytics system

    Relevance. The sound is a source of data that provides information necessary for survival and warns of potential dangers. Audio analytics solutions allows detecting and responding in time to illegal actions and violations of the law, which are accompanied by appropriate sounds. Therefore, the problem of reducing delays in the transmission of audio streams in network-based systems of audio analytics becomes relevant. The object of research is the process of audio signals transmit ting. The subject of the research is mathematical models of audio and video streams transmission in network systems. The purpose of this paper is to develop an approximate method for quickly solving optimization equations for a network of connecting links and to assess the adequacy of the developed method. Research results. A method for selecting the network structure of the audio analytics system is proposed. The optimization of the network structure of audio analytics system under non-ordinary Poisson load is presented. The optimization of the basic network of audio analytics system was studied accord ing to the cost criterion. Comparisons of the optimization results shows that the given link distribution options are not signif icantly different from each other and are close in cost.

    Mathematical aspects of determining the motion parameters of a target by UAV

    Research relevance When performing reconnaissance missions, a UAV system primarily conducts surveillance of the target area, locates stationary or moving enemy targets, determines their coordinates or transmits their images directly to the command post. Directing artillery fire as well as guiding missiles or carrying out target designation (illumination of targets) for high-precision weapons, automatic determination of target coordinates and their prompt transmission to the appropriate ground stations is essential. This article provides a mathematical solution to the issue of determining the motion parameters of a target spotted during surveillance of an area by a reconnaissance drone (UAV). The subject of the study in the article is UAV rocket-artillery systems. The purpose of the work is to develop a mathematical model for determining the parameters of the target's movement using a UAV. The following tasks are solved in the article: to develop target positioning diagram; to develop a mathematical model for determining the parameters of the target's movement. The methods used in the article are the methods of mathematical modelling. The following results were obtained: а target positioning scheme has been compiled to determine the coordinates and movement parameters; a mathematical dependence has been developed to determine the coordinates of a fixed target; a mathematical model has been developed to determine the parameters of the target's movement. Conclusions: by calculating the current coordinates of a moving target using the method proposed in this paper, it is possible to determine thecoordinates of the target and parameters of the target's movement, including the direction of movement and the trajectory
