З 1961 р. у ХПІ видається збірник наукових праць "Вісник Харківського політехнічного інституту".
Згідно до наказу ректора № 158-1 від 07.05.2001 року "Про упорядкування видання вісника НТУ "ХПІ", збірник був перейменований у Вісник Національного Технічного Університету "ХПІ".
Вісник Національного технічного університету "Харківський політехнічний інститут" включено до переліку спеціалізованих видань ВАК України і виходить по серіях, що відображають наукові напрямки діяльності вчених університету та потенційних здобувачів вчених ступенів та звань.
Зараз налічується 30 діючих тематичних редколегій. Вісник друкує статті як співробітників НТУ "ХПІ", так і статті авторів інших наукових закладів України та зарубіжжя, які представлені у даному розділі.

Документ Economic cooperation in higher education between China and Europe(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2023) Kazakova, Nadiia; Neustroieva, Gelena; Hromov, VadymThe article deals with the scientifically substantiated analyses of the problem of economic cooperation in the field of higher education between China and Europe based on its essential importance for the world problem of developing new innovative sides of higher education. Taking into account the scientific and innovative development of China it is necessary to conduct analyses of the problems of educational-research cooperation between universities of China and EU. This article examines the following analytical questions and identifies factors affecting the development of the education system in modern economic conditions. Factor analysis makes it possible to form the concept of development of economic cooperation in the established macro- and microeconomic conditions; predict educational potential using quantitative assessments and taking into account structural changes and the number of students; to combine supply and demand for highly qualified specialists in popular specialties for the innovative economy. To do this, using a factor approach, it is necessary to monitor the state of scientific and educational cooperation between Chinese and European universities according to key indicators. The general provisions on analysis for solving this problem are given and it is estimated that the analytical approach is the most acceptable, since it allows you to build a diagram for comparing percentage of the quantity of Chinese students in European universities and the quantity of European students at Chinese universities. It is advisable to consider the process of developing and financing the exchange programs for students as the most important factor for educational cooperation. This research paper reveals the fact that China owes its economic growth mainly to the intensive development of its innovations and investments into the education cooperating with foreign countries, using own human resources and raw materials. The article analyzes economists’ views on the process of solving the educational problems of cooperation in the field of education. It should be noted that various educational and scientific programs and initiatives have been established within the framework of cooperation between China and Europe in the field of higher education. One of the key benefits of collaboration is that each party can access the best practices and technologies used by the other party. In order to create an innovative economy, it is necessary to create a human resourse reserve for high-tech and knowledge-intensive industries of the future. Therefore, the task of universities is to provide education at the level of world standards. The research has been developed to estimate that China is a leading country in the educational sector of the economy, which include improving public funding through the creation of a system of subsidies and educational loans, attracting social partnership resources, and using distance learning. The EU and China have agreed to promote the study and teaching of Chinese and European languages, which will allow expanding contacts between people, reaffirming their commitment to multilingualism. Taking into account the fact that the potential of external production exceeds the needs of the domestic market it is necessary to conduct a research of solving food problems when planning the development of the agricultural sector of the Ukrainian economy.. This article considers such analytical issues estimating that Ukraine has been among the top five exporters of grain and legume resources for many years. Ukraine is one of the main countries that contributes to the agricultural sector of the world economy. The activities of future specialists, when dealing with the food problem, depend on the content and nature of the knowledge that not only the coronavirus pandemic, but also armed conflicts in most of the specified countries and climate change, several years of drought contributed to problems with agricultural production in the region. The general provisions on analysis of various options for solving this problem are given and it is estimated that the analytical approach is the most optimal, since it allows you to build a diagram for comparing percentage of the most popular agricultural crops in the sown areas. It is advisable to consider the process of selecting most of the data that have been collected before the invasion. This research paper reveals the fact that much of the concern is related to shortages in the supply of staple crops such as wheat, corn and oilseeds, which could rise up prices. The invasion also led to higher prices for fuel and related fertilizers, leading to further food shortages and higher prices. The rise in wheat prices resulting from the conflict has become a problem for the countries, heavily dependent on Russian and Ukrainian wheat exports, and raised fears of social protest. The article analyzes economists’ views on the process of solving the food problems.It should be noted that these main issues will affect further world market prices and inflation will rise. Due to invasion, the US Department of Agriculture published a forecast for the export of grain products from Ukraine. Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations published information on the growth of the grain price index. Practical recommendations are provided for solving the problems. The research has been developed to estimate that Ukraine is a leading country in the agricultural sector of the economy, which supplies food to the EU, Africa and India. Due to Russia's invasion into Ukrainian lands, many states may suffer from hunger and if the full-scale intervention into Ukraine is not stopped, then the world will face a food crisis.
