З 1961 р. у ХПІ видається збірник наукових праць "Вісник Харківського політехнічного інституту".
Згідно до наказу ректора № 158-1 від 07.05.2001 року "Про упорядкування видання вісника НТУ "ХПІ", збірник був перейменований у Вісник Національного Технічного Університету "ХПІ".
Вісник Національного технічного університету "Харківський політехнічний інститут" включено до переліку спеціалізованих видань ВАК України і виходить по серіях, що відображають наукові напрямки діяльності вчених університету та потенційних здобувачів вчених ступенів та звань.
Зараз налічується 30 діючих тематичних редколегій. Вісник друкує статті як співробітників НТУ "ХПІ", так і статті авторів інших наукових закладів України та зарубіжжя, які представлені у даному розділі.

O.; Zhurba, Yevheniia ValentynivnaToday, the national economy is underinvested in the country's investment and innovation sector, which leads to a downturn in production and a reduction in the investment capacity of market participants and the state. Only a scientifically substantiated and highly functional investment policy of the state has the potential to improve the prevailing situation in Ukraine. This article is intended to analyze the analysis of the mechanisms of state support for innovations in the world and in Ukraine in the past, and to propose the development of possible methodological and scientific-practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of development of state support for innovations in the country in the former peaceful and post-war period. The issue of researching the mechanisms of state support for innovations has always been important and relevant for the country's economy as a whole, as well as for individual enterprises and research institutions. To assist in supporting innovation in the most effective way, the state can use the following mechanisms: providing financial support, creating incubators and accelerators, developing research institutions, creating regulatory incentives, attracting investment, training and supporting young entrepreneurs, funding research, creating technology parks, tax incentives, introducing legislative incentives, and developing international cooperation.Публікація Conflict managment in the international organization(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2023) Novik, I. O.The article is devoted to the fact that conflicts are inevitable in our lives and that conflict management in the international organization is one of the most important areas in the activities of the head because it affects the productivity of employees and it affects the results of the work of the organization as a whole. The article discusses the mechanisms of management as well as the definition of conflict and how to manage stress to avoid conflict situations in the organization. For most companies, the main reason was and remains a conflict of interest of employees, and that would prevent or resolve an existing conflict the article reveals the stages of conflict development and the characteristics of ways to resolve conflicts, as well as methods of behavior of individuals or groups in the conflict, called methods of conflict prevention in the organization, reveals what is conflict forecasting since it plays a not unimportant role in personnel management in the organization. To resolve conflict situations, the leader can turn to methods such as smoothing, cooperation, compromise, etc. The use of these strategies can help resolve conflicts. One of the most effective methods of conflict resolution is a compromise, since most often the conflicting parties use a compromise, since the friendly steps towards which one of the conflicting parties makes, make it possible to achieve an asymmetric (one side can give in more, the other will give in less) or even symmetrical ( parties are trying to make mutual concessions approximately equal to each other) agreement. The main thing to remember is that managing conflicts between employees is a controlled process, and even people with opposite views on the situation can agree. And do not forget about the prevention and forecasting of conflicts in order to prevent the appearance of discontent and tension in the team. O. ; Kurochkina, Marina Yriivna; Peredrii, Andrea Elizabeth Yuriivna; Dyakova, Nataliya NikolaevnaThe article analyzes the economic essence of the innovative ecosystem (IEC), its characteristic features and subjects. The tools used to study the IEC are investigated, namely the theory of networks. The concepts that are related to the creation of an innovative cluster and clustering are analyzed. The attention is accented in the interaction of participants within the ecosystem and in terms of their associations. These participants include small and large business, universities, research institutes, state, investors, enterprises. The main structural units of the IEC (innovative ideas, innovative culture, electronic environment, innovative infrastructure) and their interaction on the basis of network theory were also considered. Double network interactions were considered: scientific and educational networks, scientific-production and educational and business networks. The need for the development of the IEC and an innovative cluster as the most effective catalyst for the global integration and competitiveness of any business structure is proved. The most authoritative scientists from all over the world believe that the territories that innovate clusters are created are becoming progressive leaders of the economic system and scientific development, it is easier to overcome the problems that occur in the external environment, and the budget system is faster replenished by efficiently working network systems. Such regions increase the competitiveness of the national economy. Due to the synergy of the subjects of the IEC and the functioning of innovative clusters, a certain ecosystem is created, which specifies the direction of development of all sectors of the economy. On the territory of our state there is a need for a favorable innovation ecosystem through the development of scientific and educational, scientific-production and educational and business networks. O.The article discusses the main historical views of scientists on the emergence of leadership. The differentiation, typologization and models of leadership perception are disclosed. The article is devoted to the consideration of the modern understanding of the phenomenon of leadership, the influence of history on understanding leadership and its role in the world, its relationship with management. The main focus of the article is on the study of the theoretical and practical foundations of human leadership in a company. Issues of leadership and their role in management are considered. The article discusses the role of a leader and manager, their similarities and differences, as well as the need of each for the effective existence of a company or group. The authors analyze the distinctive features of a leader and his behavior, the specifics of the presentation of the image of a leader, the path to becoming a leader, and why not everyone can be a leader. The place of a leader in the modern world is analyzed, the qualities necessary to be a leader. New requirements for modern management are highlighted, new features of a manager who can effectively combine the role of a demanding boss with the role of an inspirer, a visionary leader, such a leader that members of the organization are not forced to follow as subordinates, but as loyal followers and associates, are highlighted. The authors of the article substantiate the relevance of the leadership problem, the degree of its development in the scientific and educational literature. The essential features of leadership in management are revealed.Публікація Leadership and conflict management in international economic relations(Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", 2019) Novik, I. O.The article is devoted to the issue of conflict management in international economic relations. The idea that conflict is an inevitable process in any organization is grounded. The main positive and negative sides of the conflict are considered. All difficulties that arise in the process of conflict management in international economic relations are systematized. The paper provides a comparison of two main types of conflicts: positive and negative, as well as examples illustrating them. The author comes to the conclusion that good conflicts are a lever for the development of the company, and they are potentially positive for the business. The idea is substantiated that for most companies the main reason was and remains a conflict of interests of employees. The reasons for the leader’s time spent on conflict resolution are identified. Particular attention is paid to ways of resolving conflict situations, namely: the right timing, awareness of one’s boundaries, respect for others and the fight against stress. The article also discloses information on the five main strategies for behavior in a conflict situation and each of them is considered in detail. The following conflict strategies are highlighted: avoid, collaborate, compete, adapt and compromise. Compromise is seen as one of the most effective strategies for managing conflicts in international economic relations. A vivid example of successful resolution of conflicting information based on the adoption of the point of view and values of another person is given. The conclusions are formulated based on the results of the study.Публікація Leadership as an effective management tool(НТУ "ХПІ", 2018) Novik, I. O.; Pelyukhnya, P. R.This article overviews issues of leadership as an essential effective management tool in organization. Leadership is presented as an interdisciplinary phenomenon, studied by psychology, pedagogy, political science, philosophy, sociology, management. Various core features of the leader as a subject of different spheres is reviewed and detailed. Current trends in the development of the leadership concept as well as its importance on the basis of the literature reviewed is well-argued. The concept of leadership was decided to view as the process of making a person as a center of all the processes, happening in the organization, authority, that can influence on the efficiency of the organization activity, "fugleman of the firm". The main problem like the absence of the single definition of the leadership and leader of organization was stated. Moreover, core characteristic of an effective leader, including the chosen type of power, were overviewed as the main problems of an effective management. Either similarities and differences of the concepts as "leader”, “authority", "boss" are revealed. It was proved that the terms does not coincide in the characteristics and main features, as opportunities, authority and methods of influence and even set of personal qualities. The definition of "leader of organization" concept is presented, which is guaranteed by the following principles: formal structure of an organization, in which leader has a right on authority and informal structure with the factual recognition of this right in the scope of subordinates. Various types of power are analyzed, among which are encouraging power, personal power, legitimate power, coercive power and official power. Core characteristics and components of an effective leader are listed. It was concluded that an ideal combination for the leader is a mix of two kinds of power – personal and organizational; the most representative features prospective vision and strategic goal setting, creativity and sensitivity to changes.
