З 1961 р. у ХПІ видається збірник наукових праць "Вісник Харківського політехнічного інституту".
Згідно до наказу ректора № 158-1 від 07.05.2001 року "Про упорядкування видання вісника НТУ "ХПІ", збірник був перейменований у Вісник Національного Технічного Університету "ХПІ".
Вісник Національного технічного університету "Харківський політехнічний інститут" включено до переліку спеціалізованих видань ВАК України і виходить по серіях, що відображають наукові напрямки діяльності вчених університету та потенційних здобувачів вчених ступенів та звань.
Зараз налічується 30 діючих тематичних редколегій. Вісник друкує статті як співробітників НТУ "ХПІ", так і статті авторів інших наукових закладів України та зарубіжжя, які представлені у даному розділі.

Документ Модели сбалансированного планирования входных, выходных потоков продуктов логистической системы территории(Национальный технический университет "Харьковский политехнический институт", 2019) Лисицкий, Василий Лаврентьевич; Межирицкий, Вячеслав СергеевичВ работе рассматриваются вопросы повышения эффективности функционирования предприятий аграрной сферы за счет снижения их убытков путем создания интегрированного комплекса моделей сбалансированного планирования входных и выходных потоков продуктов растениеводства логистической системы территории, способной доставлять товар до требуемого места территории, в требуемый момент времени, в требуемом количестве и форме. Объектом сбалансированного планирования является аграрная холдинговая компания, производящая продукты растениеводства для снабжения ими потребителей заданной территории. Задача планирования состоит в определении такого сбалансированного плана обеспечения потребностей потребителей территории в комплектах продуктов растениеводства, при котором в условиях существующей логистической системы территории, действующих ограничений обеспечивается максимальная прибыль агрохолдинга. Построен комплекс моделей потребления, производства, транспортировки комплектов продуктов растениеводства, интегрированных в алгоритмическую модель сбалансированного планирования. Построенная алгоритмическая модель определяет совокупность процедур сбора, хранения, обработки, представления данных с использованием эффективных методов. Yu.Increasing of unpredictability, novelty and complexity of the external environment of modern enterprises of IT industry has led to the need of creating such management mechanisms that can ensure making of coordinated and effective decisions to adapt enterprises to the external competitive environment, ensure their survival and successful development. In order to adapt to rapidly changing environmental conditions it is necessary to apply management that is associated not so much with the definition of a strategic position (long-term and strategic planning), as with a timely, real-time response to rapid and unexpected changes. Formation of adequate management forces enterprises to engage in the refinement of the strategy and the solution of the arisen strategic tasks simultaneously and in parallel, to apply scientifically based management information technologies. Сreation of such technologies requires the availability of adequate models of production activities of IT company. A set of interrelated models of forming a strategic portfolio of IT projects of a company, whose activity is aimed at creating a finite number of IT projects in the context of time and resource constraints, is proposed. A set of interrelated models for the formation of IT projects strategic portfolio activity of which is aimed at creating a finite number of unique software products in conditions of time and resource constraints is proposed. Qualitative and quantitative methods of modeling of IT company production activity were used while developing a set of models and generated a set of models of expert procedure and a set of models of optimization procedure. The set of expert procedure models for assessing of IT projects significance realizes the hierarchies analysis method. The set of models of optimization procedure implements the method of linear programming which allows to determine the effective structure of the IT projects portfolio in the medium term which ensures achievement of company strategic goals. Based on the developed set of models, a generalized algorithmic model for the formation of company strategic portfolio of projects is formed and can be used to create information technology for strategic planning of IT company production activities in conditions of dynamic external environment.Документ Development of software for effective enterprice product policy creation(НТУ "ХПІ", 2018) Lysytskyi, V. L.; Morhun, Ya. Yu.The problem of developing a software tool for an effective enterprise product policy creation is considered. Existing methods for an enterprise product policy creation require the execution of a large number of computational operations, and those operations can be processed faster and more accurate by using of personal computers. The object of this research is IT-enterprise which is developing web-applications for automatization of relationships between enterprises and clients. The main point of the work is developing of program tool that uses algorithmic model of information technology for enterprise product policy creation to increase enterprise profitability. During the work, the current state of the problem of enterprise product policy creation, as well as existing software tools that could be used to create the enterprise product policy, were considered. A review of existing software development methodologies was performed. The task about developing of algorithmic model, software tool architecture and program system for enterprise product policy creation was set. The software tool that is developed contains of several functional modules. There are listed algorithms that describe how those modules work. The algorithmic model uses hierarchy analysis method for creation of assortment of product policy and simplex method for solving task of linear programming for calculation of production volumes for chosen products. The functional and non-functional requirements were developed for program, the three-layer software architecture of the web-application was chosen, program code was written, and program system was tested. The graphical user interface was developed and described. The graphical user interface provides users with ability to enter information, which is required for enterprise product policy creation, and retrieve results which are set of products, that enterprise should produce, and volumes of production of those products. The conclusion about results of developing program system and the possibility to use the algorithmic model in future researches were made. The results of the work can be used for development of information technology of enterprise product policy creation.
