Дослідження ринку сервісних послуг міста Харкова, на прикладі сервісного центру FreshIT

Abstract

Показано, що на сучасному етапі розвитку економіки в Україні спостерігається зростання сфери послуг, а сервісна галузь стає більш поширеною та популярною. Останнім часом, у зв'язку зі значним збільшенням у споживачів різноманітних пристроїв, які виходять із ладу і потребують заміни або ремонту, потреба в сервісних центрах зростає. Цей факт також підтверджується загальносвітовими тенденціями на ринку сервісних послуг.

It is shown that at the present stage of development of the economy in Ukraine there is an increase in the services sector, a nd the service industry is becoming more common and popular. Recently, due to a significant increase in consumers of a variety of devices that fail and require replacement or repair, the need for service centers is increasing. This fact is also confirmed by global trends in the service market. It was investigated the current state of the market services of the electronics and digital technology repair in Kharkov. It was revealed that the market of services of the city is very saturated with various service centers, today there are 72 companies.
