Резерви зниження витрат та економії коштів на підприємстві з будівельно-монтажних робіт

Abstract

Грошове вираження використання економічних ресурсів фірми для випуску і реалізації продукції або надання послуг називається витратами виробництва або собівартістю послуги. У даній статті розглянуто витрати підприємства з будівельно-монтажних робіт повітряних високовольтних ліній електропередач, а саме витрати на перебазування техніки (перегін з бази до місця будівництва об'єктів) та спосіб їх зниження. Природно, такі витрати повинен повністю компенсувати замовник, але це може бути здійснено тільки при включенні вартості перебазування до кошторису. Але є такі механізми, для яких подібні нормативи відсутні. Тому у статті запропоновано знизити витрати підприємства завдяки орендуванню транспортних засобів на місті будівництва об’єктів замість їх перевезення. Результатом впровадження даної технології стало скорочення транспортних витрат. Тобто при порівнянні суми витрат на використання об’єктів орендованої та власної техніки виявилось, що при великій відстані об’єкту вигідніше використовувати саме орендовану спеціалізовану техніку за місцем будівлі ліній електропередач.

Monetary terms of using of economic resources of the company for production and sale of products or services is called the production costs or service cost. This article describes the enterprise expenses of construction and assembly work of high-voltage overhead electric power lines, namely, the costs of the relocation of equipment (stage from the base to the construction site of objects) and the way to reduce them. Naturally, such costs should be completely compensated by the customer, but it can only be done by including the cost of relocation into the estimate. But th ere are mechanisms for which such norms are absent. Therefore, the article proposed to reduce the costs of the enterprise by renting vehicles at the site of construction of the objects instead of their transportation. The result of introduction of this technology was the reduction of transportation costs. That is, when comparing the costs on the use of leased objects and own equipment, it turned out that for a large distance the object is more profitable to use rented specialized equipment at the site of construction of power lines.
