Abstract

In this paper, based on the structuring of knowledge-capacious business process, a hierarchical model the context of this process, as well as the model of artifact context lifecycle is developed. The hierarchical context model defines a hierarchy of artifacts-objects, which interact with the business process. The model allows you to analyze processing artifacts, not only in time but also in the spatial aspect, enabling the structuring of this process, taking into account the organizational structure. The proposed generalized model of artifact lifecycle contains a set of its attributes and an ordered sequence of processing artifact actions that corresponds a single instance of a business process. The model makes it possible continuous improvement of the business process by adapting the sequence of actions in the framework of individual artifacts lifecycle.
