Abstract

Thesis for granting the Degree of Candidate of Technical sciences in speciality 05.05.17 – Hydraulic Machines and Hydropneumatic Units. – National Technical University "Kharkiv Politechnic Institute", Kharkov, 2016. Thesis is devoted to rise of technical level of hydropneumatic units by development of methods of structure synthesis of schemes and undivided decomposition of equations which describe the schemes with parallel operating algorithms. The new position structure of schemes of the hydropneumatic units with parallel operating algorithms by complete minimization of the standard position structure and circuit design style of the hydropneumatic units with parallel operating algorithms with use of complete minimization of the standard position structure is developed. Procedure of schematic synthesis which makes it possible to choose the rational scheme of decomposition of functions without search of circuitry within the bounds of procedure of schematic synthesis with undivided decomposition of equations is developed. Mathematical models of the positioning pneumatic unit realized with discrete equipment are made. The dynamic analysis of circuitry of the positioning pneumatic unit of the industrial robot is carried out by experimental researches and application of numeral methods that makes it possible to get the necessary laws of motion of output link of the pneumatic unit in consideration of the real speed of pneumatic equipment. Thesis data are used for development and modernization of hydropneumatic units in OP of Gidroeleks Corporation (Kharkov) and also in educational process of the hydraulic machines department of the NTU "KhPI" in the disciplines: "Hydropneumatic automation", "Pneumatic and hydraulic control systems", "Hydropneumatic automation of oil equipment".
