Abstract
Ways of the properties control have been shown by means of pigment-filler ratio changing; evaluation of the optimal dispersant content; variation of rheology for the pigment pastes based on approaches of water capacity of pigments. Obtained results can be used as a basis for quality improvement for the domestic solvent-free paint materials.
