Implementation of sustainable development goals as a strategic direction of enterprise value creation

Abstract

Thesis for the Doctor of Philosophy degree in specialty 073 – Management (07 – Management and Administration). - National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kharkiv, 2025. The thesis substantiates the theoretical foundations, develops a scientific and methodological toolkit, and provides practical recommendations for the implementation of sustainable development goals in the context of creating enterprise value. The object of the study is the process of implementing the principles of sustainable development at the enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological principles and practical tools for implementing the goals of sustainable development in the enterprise's activities in the context of its value creation.

Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора філософії за спеціальністю 073 – Менеджмент (07 – Управління та адміністрування). – Національний технічний університет «Харківський політехнічний інститут», Міністерство освіти і науки України, Харків, 2025. У дисертаційній роботі обґрунтовано теоретичні засади, розроблено науково-методичний інструментарій та надано практичні рекомендації щодо імплементації цілей сталого розвитку у контексті створення цінності підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є процес імплементації засад сталого розвитку на підприємстві. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні засади та практичний інструментарій імплементації цілей сталого розвитку в діяльність підприємства у контексті створення ним цінності.
