Abstract
Висвітлено результати впровадження стандарту ISO 9001 та наведено порівняльний аналіз відмінностей нової версії стандарту ISO 9001:2008 від ISO 9001:2000. Розглянуто вимоги до процесів систем менеджменту якості та критеріїв їх результативності.
The results of introduction of standard ISO 9001 are illustrated. The comparative analysis of the differences of standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2000 is given. The requirements to the processes of quality management systems and the criteria of their effectiveness are considered.
