Abstract
В роботі досліджено концепцію розвитку фірми на основі синтезу еволюційного й структурного підходів. Проаналізовано еволюцію структури фірми, визначено напрями еволюції, що забезпечують розвиток фірми у сучасних умовах.
In the work the concept of development of a firm based on the synthesis of structural and evolutionary approaches is researched. Evolution of a firm structure is analyzed, directions of evolution providing development of the firm in modern conditions are identified.
