Abstract
Експериментально встановлено вплив добавок нітриду бору в кількості 2-16 мас. % на властивості кварцової кераміки. За допомогою рентгенофазового аналізу визначена сповільнююча дія нітриду бору щодо кристалізації кристобаліту в процесі термообробки кварцової кераміки.
It was established experimentally the effect of addition of boron nitride in the quantity of 2-16 wt. % on the properties of quartz ceramics. Using x-ray phase analysis identified the slowing effect of boron nitride on the crystallization of cristobalite during the heat treatment of quartz ceramics.
