Abstract

Проаналізований розвиток техніки та технології отримання відновників (деревного вугілля і кам’яновугільного коксу) для виплавки заліза з руди до середини ХІХ ст. Деякі рішення, які використовувались в той час, є актуальними для реалізації на сучасній технічній основі, зокрема, коксування в печах без уловлювання хімічних продуктів та піроліз деревини в ретортах з метою отримання активованого вугілляIs fulfilled the assay of the development of techniques and technology of production of reductors (wood charcoal and coal coke) for smelting iron from ore, which have been used till the medium of the XIX century.
