Abstract

This paper addresses the problem of the need for further integration of Ukraine into the world economy, which requires taking adequate steps to create effective working structure of the economy. To exit Ukraine to a new level of competitiveness in the global market should form their own strategy, based on the concept can be put ahead rozvytku.Vdoskonaleni methods of governance in advanced development concepts allow to form a new quality of relations between the state and society and business circles merge efforts in the same direction through the institution of trust in government. The basis of economic reforms should take anticipatory principle of economic development, which will be implemented through strategic planning at the level of individual industries, as well as sectoral, regional and national levels.
