Перспективы внедрения свободных операционных систем в образовательный процесс в условиях снижения уровня финансирования системы высшего образования Украины

Abstract

The article deals with the state financing of higher education in Ukraine. Internal resources of universities to modernize teaching laboratories of computer technology are identified: the park of computers and software associated with the transition to the use in the educational process of free software. Advantages and disadvantages of the proposed approach are examined. Conclusions regarding the economic feasibility of the proposed approach in this publication are formulated.
