Применение проектного управления в АПК Казахстана

Abstract

Development of agriculture of Kazakhstan in recent years is analysed. Orientation of state policy to development of non-oil productions, one of which is the agrarian sector, is proved. Special attention is paid to a condition of the market of the main products of the agrarian sector of Kazakhstan and application of project management in implementation of the State Program of development of agro-industrial complex for 2017-2021. Control of implementation of the State Program for the first time in the pilot mode is exercised with application of design approach. The full-fledged design office which conducts operating control and pointed monitoring of projects on all their life cycle is created and works. Data on implementation of large investment projects are provided in various industries of agricultural production. Advantage of application of methods of project management in the agrarian sector of economy is proved. Results of researches confirm possibilities of application in agriculture of Kazakhstan of methods and instruments of project management. Actions for application of methods of project management will allow to reach key indicator s of the State program. It will allow to be lifted to agriculture to the new progressive level of development.
