Abstract
В статье предложена классификация видов развития на основе соответствия научно-техническому прогрессу. Проведен анализ стран с точки зрения их позиций на мировом рынке и соответствия предложенным видам развития. Определены страны, которые могут выйти на позиции мировых лидеров, придерживаясь направления опережающего развития.
In article classification of development types on the basis of compliance to scientific and technical progress is offered. The analysis of the countries from the point of view of their positions in the world market and compliances to the offered types of development is carried out. The countries which can leave on a position of world leaders are defined, adhering to the direction of advancing development.
