It is proposed generalized parametrical approach for biomechanical system modelling. Structure of the specialized soft hardware complex for spatial modelling of locomotorium and spine endoprosthesing operations, prosthesed elements strength and rigidity as well as results of prostheses optimal behaviour scheme choice for best operation and prostheses scheme is presented
