Abstract

By methods of mathematical modelling, the characteristics of the system of energy recovery of mechanical vibrations of vehicles during their movement in difficult road conditions are investigated. Presented the structure of such a system, consisting of a three-phase alternating current generator with permanent magnets, a rectifier and a rechargeable battery. The operating modes of the system, which provide efficient processes of recharging a battery pack, and the influence of speed characteristics of the generator on the time and value of the battery charge is investigated. On a concrete example of the system data on the charging time of the battery for the power supply of a number of stand-alone consumers is given.
