Abstract
The conceptual foundations of NPC "UKRENERGO" development strategy are substantiated in the article. Theoretical principles of reorganization process effective management in conditions of Ukrainian electricity market reform are grounded. The strategic objectives of NPC "UKRENERGO" and measures for their implementation are defined.
