Abstract

The features of automating the process of diagnosing functional disorders of complex organizational objects are considered. In this article, an organism is a complex organizational object that is a biological system capable of self-renewal and self-development through cell renewal, metabolism and energy, and so on. The urgency of this article is that to date, functional disorders of metabolism are one of the main problems in most industrialized countries of the world. Problems of studying the mechanisms of formation and specifics of clinical manifestations of this disease are precisely among the able-bodied population. The study of the problem of functional disorders of this nosological group is characterized by the presence of a large amount of laboratory and diagnostic information, which complicates the process of timely diagnosis, therefore the necessity of developing an information system for diagnosing functional disorders of complex organizational objects is considered. One of the aspects of developing an information system is the creation and maintenance of databases, therefore the database of the information system for the diagnostics of functional disorders of complex organizational objects is proposed, which will allow to accumulate and store data about a person and its laboratory and diagnostic indicators of the functional state.
