Анотація
Выполнены исследования влияния твердых включений - порошков нержавеющей стали, стеллита, ферроборхрома и ультрадисперсного углеродного конденсата и дополнительной технологической обработки на механические свойства материалов на основе оловянистой бронзы БрО10. Показано, что наличие твердых включений в сочетании с технологической обработкой существенно повышает свойства пористой бронзы. Установлено, что наиболее высокие значения прочности достигаются при содержании включений 30 %.
Research of the effect of solid inclusions - powder stainless steel, stellite, ferroboron chromium and ultrafine carbon condensate and further processing on the mechanical properties of materials based on tin bronze BrO10 has been carried out. It was revealed a significant in-crease in the strength of the porous bronze BrO10 with introduced solid inclusions at high cycle further processing it is due to the compaction of material, porosity reduction, the introduction of a matrix material in the unevenness of inclusions. Subsequent sintering together with the recess of diffusion processes leads to the removal of internal stresses and some loosening of the material. It was caused, presumably, by the process of expansion during heating and low shrinkage during cooling. It was found that if at the normal single processing content inclusions does not effect on strength of the material, at the subsequent processing the dependence of the strength of the inclusions content is essential. It was shown the presence of solid inclusions in a combination with processing significantly improves the physical and mechanical properties of porous bronze. The highest strength value occurs when the content of inclusions is 30 %.
