dc.description.abstractАналитически рассмотрены процессы деформации при получении профилированных заготовок продольным изгибом для последующих завершающих операций объемной штамповки или ковки. Разработана методика расчета и установлены закономерности изменения относительного радиуса кривизны нейтрального слоя, смещения нейтральной линии деформаций и развития деформаций на внутреннем и наружном радиусе по биссектрисе угла изгиба цилиндрической заготовки при продольном изгибе в зависимости от таких основных параметров как степень деформации и соотношение габаритных размеров исходной заготовкиru
dc.description.abstractThe processes of deformation at the receiving of profiled work-pieces by the longitudinal bending for the next finishing operations of die-forging or open forging are contemplate analytical. The longitudinal bending was considered as gathered processes of the forming of side profile of semi-finished work-piece and bending of the billet. The methodic of calculation is carry out and lows of changing of radius of curves on the neutral layer, displacing of the neutral line of strains and values of strain on inter and outer radiuses on the bisector of bending angle of cylindrical billet at longitudinal bending are determinate in depending from those basic parameters as the degree of deformation and relation of initial dimensions of billet. There is put right that the radius of curving of the neutral layer of work-piece is reducing with rising of buckling. In this case the step from compressing to bending for most shot billets is beginning most sharp. There is determinate for diapason of upsetting from 20 to 50 % of the billets with relation their height to diameter near 6.0 is exist the zone of stretching, and the billets with relation their height to diameter near 4,0 on continuing of all upsetting is in the field of compressingen
