Abstract
Installation for researches of non-stationary processes of an establishment of thermal balance between the thermocouple and an environment is offered.The method of measurement of thermo-EFM at periodic passing an electric current through the thermocouple is developed. Thermal transitive process caused by allocation of Peltier’s heat is registered. Connection between parameters of such transient’s processes and thermal properties of environments is established.
