К расчету процессов автофретирования толстостенных цилиндров с учетом повреждаемости материала

Abstract

This paper presents autofrettage processes research in view of material damage. There are produced main equations of elastic-plastic theory in correspondence with Continuum Damage Mechanics for kinematic hardening material. Algorithm of user's material model creation for ANSYS software is described. Residual stress field is calculated for autofrettaged cylinder in the case of plane strain conditions.
