Abstract

The article considers the issue of adaptation of the theory and practice of compliance to the conditions of production and commercial activity of an industrial enterprise in order to ensure its economic security. Existence of an effective management system for industrial economic security enterprises becomes one of the main factors of operational adaptation to changes in business conditions, and, accordingly, the provision of high level of economic security in the non-stationary development of the modern economy. Methods and tools are considered from these positions compliance functions in the enterprise and their impact on ensuring its economic security. Economic security involves, above all, a set of actions to create and strengthen conditions for counteracting dangers and threats, economic interests, defining methodological approaches to identify, prevent and end these threats. In this case, the system of economic security involves identifying situations in which economic parameters are not within the norm, develop and take measures to overcome them. It is found that at this time is carried out to some extent one-sided coverage of the practical use of compliance function, which most authors are associated only with banking activities. However, according to the authors, this state of affairs is explained by the initial compliance function research in our country. Today, the compliance function confidently penetrates into all spheres of economic activity, in particular, at the industrial enterprise, which urgently needs appropriate research and practical justifications. It is substantiated that ensuring the economic security of industrial enterprises is an important condition for crisis-free operation and development of the economic system of the enterprise. Guarantee the economic security of the enterprise and its commercial success in competition In the fight against the target market, in our opinion, can use compliance function, which is an important means of improving efficiency production and commercial activities of the enterprise, ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise and its products in the world and national markets. It is proved that the sustainable and dynamic development of an industrial enterprise, its efficiency and competitiveness is closely linked to economic security. The essence of compliance and its main elements are substantiated, revealed opportunities for practical use of compliance in industrial enterprises in order to ensure their economic security. Compliance control should prevent the negative factors of production and commercial activities of the industrial enterprise, which able to affect the level of its economic security. The article identifies and proves the importance of the system of compliance control as a factor which ensures the economic security of the industrial enterprise.
