Abstract

The article presents a formalized method for determining a rational variant of the face impulse seals (FIS) elements manufacturing technology, which allows you to make plans for possible combinations of solutions, minimized by the complexity of the implementation. The model of the integrated technology synthesis is given, which takes into account the operating conditions of FIS, the physical principles of equipment operation and allows, in accordance with technological limitations, to form functional coatings with specified operational properties on working surfaces of FIS elements.
