Роль поведінкового банківського контроллінгу в цифровій економіці

Abstract

В статті розглядаються особливості сучасного класичного менеджменту через його ознаки, які необхідно враховувати на шляху до цифровізації. Зокрема, він повинен бути контроллінговим конкурентно-спроможним, антикризовим, інноваційним і вартісно-орієнтованим. Колектив повинен усвідомити необхідність переосмислення внутрішніх відносин між різними «акторами» й виконувати свої виробничі завдання в такому середовищі. Описується конкретна роль поведінкового контроллінгу в такій обстановці. Акцентується увага на необхідність і можливість запровадити новітній інструмент фінансової науки «біхевіористику» для вдосконалення фінансових відносин між «принципалами» й «менеджерами» з метою підвищення ефективності управлінських рішень. Відмічається при цьому, що в період цифровізації економіки буде збільшуватия увага до соціально – орієнтованого менеджменту й менеджменту нового типу, фундаментальною основою якого є закон енерго-інформаційного обміну. З урахуванням описаних аспектів менеджменту пропонується також трактувати й поведінковий контроллінг через притаманні йому ознаки в цифровій економіці, які віддзеркалені в тексті статті.

The article examines the features of modern classical management through its features that must be obtained on the way to digitalization. Thus, it must be controlled competitively and successfully, anti-crisis, innovative and value-oriented. The team must be aware of the need to rethink the internal relations between all "actors" and perform its production tasks in such an environment. The specific role of behavioral controlling in such a situation is described. Attention is focused on the need and opportunity to introduce a new tool of financial science "behavioral science" to improve financial relations between "principals" and "managers" in order to increase the efficiency of management decisions. It is noted that in the period of digitalization of the economy, the importance of socially - oriented management and management of a new type will increase, the fundamental basis of which is the law of energy-information exchange. Taking into account the described aspects of management, it is also proposed to interpret behavioral controlling through its inherent characteristics in the digital economy, which are reflected in the text of the article.
