Вплив вхідних параметрів на процес сушіння молока

Abstract

В роботі розглянуто вплив вхідних параметрів: витрат повітря, температури і число обертів мішалки на процес сушіння. Для визначення впливу вхідних параметрів був використаний метод статистичного планування експеременту. Із проведених дослідів було набагато збільшено продуктивність при наявності доступних факторів. В подальшому для інтенсифікації сушіння молока повинно підвищувати рух частин в шарі інертного матеріалу за рахунок руху повітря та других факторів

Influence of entry parameters is in-process considered: charges of air, temperature, and number of turns of mixer on the process of drying. For determination of influence of entry parameters there was the used method of the statistical planning of eksperementu. From the conducted experiments the productivity was far megascopic at presence of accessible factors. In future for intensification of drying of milk it must promote motion of parts in the layer of inert material due to motion of air and second factors
