Екологічна політика Китаю в контексті взаємодії суспільства і природи

Abstract

Розглянуто взаємодію людини та суспільства з довкіллям; зазначено, що незмінним тлом постійної трансформації цієї взаємодії залишалося усвідомлення того, наскільки життя людини залежить від природи. Констатовано, що теперішня екологічна ситуація в Китаї, попри її постійну актуалізацію на всіх рівнях, залишається нерозв'язаною, а загрози для життєдіяльності людини та середовища її існування продовжують зростати. Виокремлено провідні напрями, етапи та механізми сучасної екологічної політики Китаю. Акцентовано на тому, що заходи на рівні плагенних процесів щодо намагання подолати екологічні проблеми залишаються переважно неефективними. Наголошено, що джерельна база статті стане в пригоді під час подальшого вивчення наявних і виявлення нових шляхів подолання екологічної кризи з урахуванням особливостей сучасних модернізаційних та інноваційних процесів, що відбуваються в Китаї.

The interaction of human and society with the environment is examined; it is noted that the constant background of the constant transformation of this interaction has remained the awareness of the extent to which human life depends on nature. It is stated that the current environmental situation in China, despite its constant updating at all levels, remains unresolved, and threats to human life and the environment continue to grow. The leading directions, stages and mechanisms of China's modern environmental policy are highlighted. It is emphasized that measures at the level of plague processes in attempts to overcome environmental problems remain largely ineffective. It is emphasized that the source base of the article will be useful in further studying existing and identifying new ways to overcome the environmental crisis, taking into account the peculiarities of modern modernization and innovation processes taking place in China.
